• 1 Hour initial consultation to discuss your goals and other training considerations.
• Up to 5 Hours of one on one Phone Consultation per month.
• Weekly training programs emailed to you detailing every aspect of your training.
• Training Peaks Premium Plan Upgrade.
• Comprehensive Strength training program.
• Comprehensive Nutrition Program created by a registered dietician.
• Unlimited e-mail interaction with priority status.
• Pre-race call to discuss race strategy and preparation.
• Post-race call to discuss your race result and for future planning.
• 30 free Spinervals DVD's of your choice ($900 retail value).
• Free access to CoachTroy.com member site.
• One FREE (No Tuition) Training Camp during the calendar year.
• Access to the Maintenance Coaching Program after completion.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. This COACHING PROGRAM has a minimum term of 6-months.
2. After the 6-months, you may cancel service or move to the monthly Maintenance Program.
3. There are no refunds for services rendered.
4. You may 'freeze' your service for a period of up to 3 months with written notice.
5. Our office will contact you shortly after we receive your order for coaching to obtain additional information pertinent to your coaching program as well as to send you training DVDs associated with your training program.
6. It is understood that your coaching contract is the property of TJM and that your credit card statement will be billed by Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC.
7. You may contact our office with any billing or other administrative questions or concerns.
8. Upon signing up for coaching services, our office and your coach will be in contact with you to initiate your program within 2-business days.
9. Additional paperwork and signatures shall be required of all athletes joining this program. Our office will be forwarding the necessary paperwork to you within 48 hours of placing your order.
