Including a new training block developed for the athlete every two weeks combined with unlimited email communication and twice monthly phone consultations, this program is ideal for the athlete who wants to take their training to the next level with professional guidance.

HOW IT WORKS

As a SILVER Coaching Plan athlete, you'll receive a high level of personal interaction with your Troy Jacobson Multisport Associate Coach including:

• 20-30 Minute Phone Conference Calls once every two weeks.
• Two Week Updated Training Blocks with considerable Daily Training Detail
• Unlimited E-mail Communication
• Membership to www.CoachTroy.com Member Site during the term of your coaching.
• 2 Free Training DVDs from Coach Troy's Library, recommended by your coach.
• 10% Discount to our Training Camps and Workshops
• 20% Discount to Training DVDs in our Library

With the Silver program, you'll receive a new training block from your coach every two weeks detailing your daily training requirements. Weekly communication will take place via e-mail (unlimited) and a scheduled phone consultation every two weeks which you pre-arrange with your coach.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. This COACHING PROGRAM has a minimum term of 3-months.
2. After the initial 3-months, you may cancel service whenever you wish. For your convenience, you will be billed automatically each month until we receive written notice of your desire to cancel.
3. There are no refunds.
4. You may 'freeze' your service for a period of up to 3 months with written notice.
5. It is understood that all Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC (TJM) coaches are independent contractors of TJM.
6. If you have any problems or concerns related to the quality of your service received from a TJM Associate Coach, please contact us immediately to address your concerns.
7. Our office will contact you shortly after we receive your order for coaching to obtain additional information pertinent to your coaching program, as well as to send you training DVDs associated with your training program.
8. It is understood that your coaching contract is the property of TJM and that your credit card statement will be billed by Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC.
9. You may contact our office with any billing or other administrative questions or concerns.
10. Upon signing up for coaching services, our office and your coach will be in contact with you to initiate your program within 2-business days.
