This coming week is Interbike, the bicycle industry tradeshow. Held each year in Las Vegas, Interbike is where everyone involved in the bicycle industry goes to do business, smooze, buy, see new product, etc.

Based at the Sands Convention Center and held over 3 days, it is truly an amazing event. Hundreds of thousands of square feet worth of space are transformed into the world's largest bike shop as manufacturers spend millions of dollars on fancy expo booth displays. The 'stars' of cycling like Lance, Floyd, George and others make special appearances throughout the show as the wheeling and dealing goes on during the show...and at after parties.

I'll be headed out there to meet with key Spinervals dealers, distributors and media and will be out of the office starting Tuesday and back next Monday but will have email access. I'll be putting together a brief report of the show for the next update so stay tuned!

DILUTION OF FOCUS

The Iron Life Lesson audio this week is centered on the subject of focus. The main point I want to make is that focus is a key ingredient for success. Without it, you tend to spread yourself too thin, resulting in being 'average' instead of 'exceptional'. And while this might be OK in some cases, if you truly want to excel...you need to develop a laser focus for that thing or activity you wish to become your strength!

For the short, 6 minute audio, go to this link: The Iron Life.

Please forward this link to anyone who you think would benefit from The Iron Life Lessons.

Train safe and Train smart,
