This has been a busy month for my staff here at Lifesports as we have produced five new DVD's scheduled for Fall release. Below is a brief overview of each production and details of each workout. Look for these workouts to be released sometime around Oct/Nov. timeframe. They'll make great additions to your indoor training workout collection! Descriptions and DVD cover shots can now be found at www.spinervals.com.

BUT FIRST, I have an important thought to share with all of you who are endurance athletes...

Personal Accountability for Athletes... It's All Up To You! "It's all up to you! No one else can control your effort on race day and only you know whether or not you gave it everything you have. When things hurt and you are suffering and want to slow down, tell yourself that everyone else is suffering too and that YOU can suffer the BEST! Cross that finish line KNOWING, deep in your heart, that you went 100%! No excuses, no weakness.... give nothing less than ALL you can give on race day."
