12 WEEK STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM: A Custom Strength Plan by a Certified Personal Trainer

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Dale Benedict is the founder and co-owner of The Training Studio, a comprehensive private fitness training facility in Louisville, Kentucky, and creator of the SNOW ANGEL FITNESS SERIES now available on DVD. Dale has spent the past 12 years designing and implementing successful training programs for both beginning exercisers and seasoned athletes utilizing his expertise in total body functional strength.

In 2006, Dale decided to transcend his knowledge, passion and success with functional strength training to the worldwide market via instructional, well designed and easy to follow strength-training videos. With the help of Troy Jacobson and HopeStar productions, the Snow Angel Fitness Series became a reality.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Dale teaches his clients to utilize the concepts of functional training, periodization, balance and proprioception to maximize neuromuscular and cardiovascular development. The exercises involved are multi-joint and multi-planar in nature, thus allowing for a greater degree of carryover to real-life situations as well as enhancing athletic performance .

Emphasis is placed on teaching clients to focus on the big picture. Success cannot be achieved by just picking portions of training that seem enjoyable or convenient. Instead, athletic and overall fitness development requires a lifestyle change that must include all pieces of the puzzle. This lifestyle change can only be achieved by utilizing proper nutrition, stretching, weight training, cardiovascular conditioning and lifestyle enhancement.

Dale trains both athletes and those who wish to lose weight, tone and feel more vibrant in everyday life. He develops long term relationships with his clients and monitors their ongoing progress throughout.
