CoachTroy.com Podcast Show: Ironman AZ Finisher, Gary Altman (60-64 AG)

Gary Altman, PhD., is the Chief Operating Officer at Sequoia Pharmaceuticals, a drug research company on the East Coast. At the age of 59, he decided to do an Ironman distance race. Juggling a few set-backs, including a serious bike related accident that left him temporarily paralyzed, Gary recently completed Ironman Arizona at the age of 61 in a very respectable time.

Listen to this interview with CoachTroy.com Podcast Host, Kevin Patrick, as Gary talks about how patience and strategic planning were critical components in his Ironman success.
