Please enjoy these images from our 9th Annual Lake Placid Training Camp! Over 30 athletes from the U.S. and Canada attended this challenging weekend of previewing the Iron distance race course in Lake Placid. The heat and humidity were high but fortunately, the rain didn't dampen our training. The weekend culminated with a strong tempo run in the Lake Placid Half Marathon.
