VIDEO: Lake Placid Camp - 2008

Our 9th Annual Lake Placid Training Camp was held in mid-June and was attended by over 30 triathletes from throughout North America. The weekend included training lectures, over 150 miles of tough cycling, three swim workouts and finished up with the Lake Placid Half Marathon. A true test of one's endurance and fitness, this camp is a must for anyone doing the Iron Distance race in LP or anyone who just wants a fun weekend of challenging training! Watch this video and scenes from camp. Video by Coach Troy and Torrence. Editing by Lifesports, Inc. Music by The Killers.
