RETURNS
All items purchased from www.CoachTroy.com other than DVDs may only be returned if they are unopened, in their original condition, and still include all original packaging and merchandise tags. Please note that the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value. Please also allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund check.

Unopened DVD's can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. Please allow two to three weeks to receive your refund once we receive the unopened DVD's.

Opened DVD's cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for another title within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. There will be a return shipping cost of $9 (UPS Ground). Please enclose a check, money order or credit card number made payable to Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC. If you are located outside the continental U.S., please call for the shipping cost.

SHIPPING METHODS
We offer UPS Ground and Expedited services, as well as USPS.

We do not deliver product on Saturdays unless the customer specifically requests special Saturday delivery service, at which time the customer will incur additional shipping fees. There is no Sunday delivery and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box or military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.). If you wish to have your package delivered to these types of addresses, please be sure to select U.S. Mail as your shipping option to prevent delays.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING & DELAYS
Holiday shipments are subject to special holiday hours and may be delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes experienced by the shipping services we use. Please be aware that UPS will ocassionally issue a shipping exception for expedited shipping methods that cannot be delivered on time (i.e. 2Day or 3Day). An exception is any event or situation that causes a shipment delivery to be rescheduled. Exceptions, such as Mother Nature or an incorrect address, can occur for a variety of reasons and are explained within the detailed shipment information found when tracking your package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping vendors (i.e. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service).

When placing your order, please be sure to supply us with accurate information and check the information carefully before submitting your order to prevent delays. Orders with an incorrect address or shipping payment will be held until the correct information or payment is received. If you are shipping to an address different from the billing address, please be sure to UNCHECK the box that says, "Check if shipping address is the same as mailing address above." Please be sure your e-mail address and phone number are entered correctly so we can contact you in case of a problem.

ORDER PROCESSING
We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day's order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within one business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time. Orders that stipulated Priority Mail or Ground shipment are typically processed within 2 business days if received by 12 Noon Eastern Time. For the summer season of May 1st - September 1st, our hours are Tuesday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shipments will be processed within 5-10 business days during this time. If you need to place an expedited order, please call our office.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Troy Jacobson Multisport, LLC., you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you choose to receive your product via first class mail (USPS), there is no way to track these orders and any lost or undelivered product will be your responsibility. We recommend that our customers use a trackable system such as UPS Ground service.
